Raúl Reichard is an experienced domestic and international litigator and advisor with a cross-jurisdictional focus on estate, fiduciary, and business matters. He advises clients in business divorces, cross-border estate and trust disputes, and complex civil litigation. He also represents fiduciaries, heirs, and business owners in the administration, liquidation, and distribution of estates with assets in Florida and Puerto Rico, includingjudicial partition proceedings, trust termination, and the legal transfer of estate assets.


With advanced studies in international law and a strong foundation in both Civil and Common Law systems, Raúl brings valuable insight to probate and fiduciary disputes, particularly those involving multiple jurisdictions. He has participated in a international arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and has participated in
high-stakes commercial litigation in federal courts.


Raúl’s litigation background spans Am Law 200 firms and boutique practices in Miami and San Juan, with experience in securities arbitration, cross-border disputes, and complex business matters. His practice also includes emerging legal areas, reflecting the firm’s forward-looking approach to evolving legal landscapes.
Passionate about language and cultural connection, Raúl is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and proficient in Portuguese and Italian. He previously co-founded a translation services company in Puerto Rico—an extension of his lifelong commitment
to cross-cultural communication and legal access across borders.
